Places to Visit
Ealing offers a wealth of fun times. If you enjoy the outside, take a look at Gunnersbury Park or Walpole Park for lots of leafy greenery. Shop until you drop at the famous Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, located on the High Street with top branded shops to the finest restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the Broadway is home to a Gym and library. Ealing also houses its own horse-riding school, catering for all ages, from beginners to advanced levels. Going back in time, Ealing Studios is the oldest studio in the world and birthplace to thousands of recorded hours of creativity and entertainment. It is best known for a series of classic films including Kind Heart and Coronets and The Ladykillers.
For all football fans, why not visit the home stadium to Brentford F.C known as Brentford Community Stadium, which has four stadiums so you can cheer on your team play in the Premier League. The Thames Lock is West London's gateway to the River Thames and the Grand Union Canal located in Brentford. The Grand Union Canal is a combination of at least 10 canals that were brought together under one management. Narrowboats that enter the Grand Union from the Thames leave Brentford and continue us the Hanwell Flight on the borders of Ealing.
Brentford grew up as a direct result of the construction of the Grand Union with wharfs, warehouses and so on. In recent years, it has been rejuvenated with the construction of new houses and apartments.

Gunnersbury Park
Gunnersbury Park boasts lots of open space and greenery in the heart of West London. From open lawns perfect for a picnic, formal gardens, and lakes to go boating on in the summer months, Gunnersbury Park offers something for everyone. This park has lots of history. The estate formed part of the private country estate of Princess Amelia, daughter of George II and later was home to Baron Lionel de Rothschild and his family, before becoming a public park in 1926.
Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre
Ealing Broadway is a leading London shopping destination in Ealing with a wide range of high street and top branded shops including M&S, TK Maxx, Moss Bros just to name a few. Not only is there limitless shopping but there are also some of the finest restaurants including Turtle Bay, Gordon Ramsey's Bread Street Kitchen and the brand new Louisiana restaurant Popeye's. There is so much to do for a lovely day out.
